COVID-19 and DRS Services

In light of the UK Government’s update on 24th March 2020 we have taken the decision to cease a number of our operations to ensure we comply fully with the advice given and to protect the health of our staff, their families and the community as a whole.

As from close of business on the 25th March 2020, until further notice, we will no longer be providing the following services:

    Scanning & Marking services
    Forms printing
    Scanner repair services
    The sale of scanners, scanner parts and forms

We understand that this may present some challenges for our valued customers over the coming weeks and we will work with each of you to assist during these challenging times.  Although our physical processes are impacted by this change, where possible, we will continue to run electronic processes from home to minimise any impact.  Our Software and IT Support teams are continuing to provide services from home and our Engineering team is able to perform remote diagnostics on our scanners to support our resellers and customers.

We hope that you understand and support the actions we are taking and for our part our teams are standing by to provide what assistance they can to support you, in these challenging times.
